Kenya’s rich biodiversity faces unprecedented threats from deforestation, land degradation, and unsustainable resource extraction. The Community-Led Conservation and Sustainable Resource Management (CCSRM) project empowers local communities to become stewards of their natural resources while improving livelihoods through sustainable practices.

Kenya faces increasing climate shocks, including prolonged droughts, erratic rainfall, and extreme temperatures, which threaten food security and livelihoods—especially in arid and semi-arid lands (ASALs). The Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience Building (CCARB) project seeks to empower vulnerable communities with locally led, sustainable solutions to adapt to climate change while enhancing long-term resilience.

The Farmers Digital Market (FDM) is a transformative digital platform developed by ACEECA to empower smallholder farmers by providing them with direct access to markets, essential agronomic information, climate-smart farming tools, and financial services. By leveraging digital innovation, the platform aims to enhance the livelihoods of farmers, reduce post-harvest losses, promote sustainable agriculture, and bridge the market access gap that has long disadvantaged rural producers.
